A meticulous washed process, extended fermentation and slow drying on raised beds create an exceptionally clean, balanced cup that showcases the elegance of Ethiopia's heirloom varieties. Expect notes of jasmine floral, cooked apricot and ripe peach, layered with dark chocolate and delicate english breakfast tea.
