Paraná This coffee is a natural lot from Longitude Coffees, a project led by José Antônio Rezende da Silva and Suzi Ninov in the Paraná region. It stood out in the cupping for its rich aromas and flavors of dried fruits, mango, and chocolate, which deviate slightly from classic Brazilian flavours and result in a more interesting espresso. Its silky body and long, pleasant finish are truly remarkable. about this coffee José grew up on a coffee farm in Brazil’s Paraná region, where his passion for coffee began early. Since 2003, he has worked closely with farmers to improve quality through better cultivation, nutrition, and processing methods, becoming a certified coffee taster along the way. Suzi, raised on a farm in southern Brazil, discovered her love for agriculture young. After moving to Paraná, she dedicated herself to coffee, helping farmers see their plants as living systems nurturing them with care, respecting the soil, and farming sustainably. Together, they empower growers to produce exceptional coffee while building a future where farming communities can thrive for generations. Processing After harvesting, the cherries are Naturally dried, and hand selected after drying. It has an imperfection rate of <0.1% which is an amazing feat.
