Micro-roastery, cafe and bakery on Kirkstall Road in Leeds, opened June 2022. All the coffee is roasted in the shop, which also turns out over 1,000 coffees and 400 Volcano Cookies a week. Local orders go out by bike, packaging is home-compostable, and every bag is labelled with the customer's name. Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopian Sidamo are the core roasts.
