Dave Nixon founded Pebble & Pine in Horsforth, Leeds in 2016 and still hand-selects and roasts every batch to order. The range is arabica across African, Central and South American origins, in medium and dark roasts, with a cafetiere grind as a staple. Named Coffee Company of the Year at the 2025 Yorkshire Prestige Awards.
