Micro-batch roastery in St Pauls, Bristol, started by Kit, an engineer before he was a roaster. Named after the novel that gave us Shangri-la. Roasts every Tuesday and Thursday and ships the next day; Bristol orders go out by bike. Carbon from farm to cup is offset twice over, through Ecologi and Reforestum.
