Grown in the high elevations of Arbegona in Sidama, Ethiopia, this coffee comes from one of the country’s most celebrated growing regions, where cool temperatures and slow cherry maturation contribute to exceptional clarity, sweetness, and floral complexity. The lot was processed at the Yaye washing station, operated in partnership with Faysel Abdosh and Catalyst Trade, who work with hundreds of smallholder farmers throughout the region to coordinate cherry collection, processing, and quality preparation. What makes this coffee especially compelling is its balance: the processing adds depth and softness without overshadowing the floral structure and vibrancy characteristic of high-grown Ethiopian coffees.
