Small Haarlem specialty roastery run by Dom, a Q-Grader who came up through Cape Town and Bremen specialty scenes before spending two-plus years in East Africa building washing stations and supply chains for Sucafina. The sourcing is low-impact and high-consideration, working through trusted importing partners with a focus on lifting farmer earning potential. The lineup is a tight rotation of single origins and a couple of house blends, sold direct and through a weekly Haarlem subscription.
