Padre was started in 2008 by Marinus Jansen out of the Brunswick East Project café and has grown into a Melbourne staple with sites in Brunswick East, South Melbourne Market and a roastery in Brunswick. They roast on Loring smart roasters and focus on long, slow relationships with producers in Ethiopia, Colombia and Kenya. Padre's Daily Driver sits next to a strong rotating single-origin filter range.
