Pallet Coffee Roasters was founded in 2015 on East Pender in Vancouver and has grown to multiple cafes across the city including locations on Fraser Street, West Broadway, and Main Street. Pallet runs a rotating lineup of light-roasted single origins from Colombia, Ethiopia, Peru, Kenya, and Costa Rica, with a focus on anaerobic and experimental processes.
