Partisan Café Artisanal is a Paris specialty coffee roastery and café in the Arts et Métiers quarter, founded by Lebanese brothers Georges and Anthony Karam. They roast beans on-site every Wednesday and sell whole-bean and ground single-origin coffees from Kenya, Colombia, Ethiopia and other terroirs, served alongside espresso, flat whites and cold brew.
