Quintacoira was founded in Chur in 2021 and roasts weekly in its historic Altstadt building, open to visitors. It buys 100% directly from small-farmer cooperatives through the Roasters United import cooperative and runs three cafés, in Chur's old town, the train station, and Arosa.
