Country: Colombia, Brazil Region: Santa Mónica, Armenia, Quindío / Minas Gerais, Cerrado Variety: Pink Bourbon / Catuai, Yellow Bourbon Process: Honey co-fermentation / Natural Altitude: 1,450–1,500 m.a.s.l / 900 m.a.s.l Producer: Jairo Arcila (Cofinet) / Coop dos Cafeicultores do Cerrado Cupping Notes: Turkish delight, ripe fig, dark chocolate & caramel Bag Size: 200g Product Description Pink Bourbon is one of the most coveted varieties in specialty coffee. A natural hybrid of Red and Yellow Bourbon, it is prized for the striking pink hue of its ripe cherries and a flavour profile that leans sweet, complex, and intensely aromatic. It is challenging to cultivate even in ideal conditions, making each well-executed lot a genuine rarity. For this blend, we pair Jairo Arcila's Rose Tea Honey Pink Bourbon 50/50 with a naturally processed Brazilian from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais. Grown at 900 m.a.s.l with distinct seasons and plentiful sunlight, the Brazilian component brings body, sweetness and chocolate depth to the cup. Together they pull beautifully as espresso and hold their own through milk. Expect notes of Turkish delight, ripe fig, dark chocolate and caramel, with a full body and sweet, lingering finish. 200g bag size only. Prefer it as filter? This coffee is also available as a 100% single origin, where the Pink Bourbon really opens up. Expect Turkish delight, rose water and ripe fig with a silky, tea-like finish. Order here.
