Rose Coffee Roasters began roasting in Zurich in 2022, founded by Matt Winton, the 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion. The team sources directly from producers across Panama, China, Indonesia, and Colombia, and roasts to order using renewable electricity through a partnership with Stronghold Roasters.
