Rosetta Roastery
Cape Town, South Africa · 10 coffees
Photo by Tobias Reich on Unsplash
Founded in 2011 by Nick Charlton, Rosetta sits at the very top of the South African specialty pyramid — it's the roaster you'll see behind multiple SA Barista Championship winners. The cupping room above the Side Street Studios space in Woodstock pulls in producers from Frinsa Estate (Indonesia), Hacienda La Esmeralda, and competition-grade Gesha lots. Lighter Nordic-leaning roast profile, single-origin focused.
