Rösterei & Café Heer, led by Kira Heer, has roasted organic, fair-trade coffee for more than a decade on two gas-fired Probat drum roasters in small batches of 7-25kg. The company sources mostly direct from selected growing regions and runs cafés in Thun and Interlaken.
