Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

This season's Yirgacheffe delivers a delicate body, with clear notes of black tea, peach, lemongrass and jasmine. Close to 300 small share farmers contributed to the lots collected and sorted at this washing station. Harvested from mid-October to February, and sun dried 15-20 hours after washing. Wonderful as a daily coffee or pour-over, and very satisfying as a crisp and refreshing summer iced coffee.
