Farmers use traditional cultivation methods passed down through generations, producing a washed blend of Bourbon, Typica, Castilla, and Villalobos varieties. The region’s high elevations, pristine water sources, and rich biodiversity contribute to a cup known for its balance, clarity, and complexity.
