Started in 2015 in a glass pod on Cork City's Grand Parade. Roasts in Cork and runs three shops there: Grand Parade, Carrigaline since 2022, and Douglas Court since late 2024. Beans are sourced from ethically farmed lots and sold alongside the shops' own bar service.
