Grown at 1350 metres above sea level, sun-dried using the natural process, and scored SCA 85+ by the Specialty Coffee Association. This is a coffee that speaks for itself. Expect an explosion of pomegranate and passionfruit on the nose, a brown sugar sweetness that carries through the cup, and a smooth, lingering chocolate aftertaste that keeps you coming back. Medium roast. Full fruit character. Low acidity. Complex without being difficult.
