Specialty coffee. No machine. No compromise. Anywhere. A Grade 1 natural coffee from Bombe in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, produced by Faysel Abdosh. Grown at 2,150 metres above sea level and graded SCA 88, this high-altitude coffee develops its fruit and floral character through natural processing before being captured through our specialty freeze-drying process. Expect ripe apricot and strawberry, followed by fragrant jasmine florals wrapped in a creamy texture. Aromatic and fruit-forward, with a soft, smooth finish that brings the entire cup together.
