Tribe was founded by Jake Easton in 2008 and operates from a sprawling roastery-café inside The Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock — one of the city's busiest specialty venues on a Saturday morning. The team blends Brazilian, Ethiopian and Central American beans for their espresso line while running a rotating single-origin program. Tribe also wholesales to a notable share of Cape Town's independent cafés.
