Jon and Charlotte have run an off-grid roastery in the Shropshire Hills since 2016, roasting fresh each week. Subscriptions are the core of the business, split into clubs by roast and origin. They were early to compostable packaging in the UK and have planted over 800 trees. Great Taste Award winners.
