Started in 2014 around a kitchen table in Newtonmore. Roasts on a 12kg Probat at a roastery near Portobello, opened in 2023, and cups at least weekly. Runs a cafe in Edinburgh's West End and a cafe plus general store at Ralia, on the A9 by Newtonmore.
