Small team, careful roasts
Chimney Fire Coffee
Dorking, United Kingdom · 17 coffees

Founded in 2017 by someone who had worked in coffee and cocoa traceability, starting in a garden shed. Over 90% of the coffee is bought directly from producers on contracts agreed up to three years ahead, lifting the producer share of the final price from around 65% to closer to 90%. Still a small team, roasting and packing at Denbies Wine Estate outside Dorking.
