Founded by Stefanos Domatiotis, a former World Brewers Cup champion, Create Coffee Roasters runs an all-electric Stronghold roaster, billed as the first smart coffee roaster, from its Athens roasting center, sourcing green coffee from specialty estates in Colombia, Ethiopia, Panama, Costa Rica, Brazil, and El Salvador.
