Jack Foster started roasting at home in 2014 and selling at Liverpool markets, naming the company after his hometown. Mark Slinger joined as co-founder in 2016. Roasting now happens at the Ten Streets Roastery on Glegg Street, and there are three coffee shops - Lark Lane, Waterloo and Hightown.
