Greg and Emma roast from Ednol Farm in the Welsh Marches, near Presteigne in Powys. The idea came from a Land Rover trip through the Americas, camping on coffee farms and learning the crop from the growers' side. More than ten years on they still roast to order, in compostable packaging, with the coffee chaff going to compost.
