Founder Matt was a racing instructor before opening Bedfordshire's first specialty coffee shop, then a roastery buying direct-trade lots. The business moved to the New Forest in 2024 and now runs a converted-container cafe in Christchurch, Dorset, built around automotive and moto culture. Roasting is done in small batches at the New Forest site.
