This coffee is extremely complex in taste - florals, tropical and citrus fruits, and just a hint of chocolate! When making this for espresso we recommend pushing the limits - extractions between 30-35 seconds at 36-37ml yield will bring out the characteristics of this coffee best. Beshasha consists of the varietals 74110 and 74112, two coffees developed by JARC (Jimma Agricultural Research Center) to improve Ethiopia's coffee production. Varietal 74112 gives this coffee its distinct taste - bergamot, jasmine, passionfruit, nectarine, peach, apricot berries, and chocolate. We hope you enjoy Beshasha for espresso as much as we do!
