Gordon Street Coffee
Glasgow, United Kingdom · 22 coffees
Photo by George Kourounis on Unsplash
Roasts in-house at both its Glasgow Central and Edinburgh Market Street sites on a Diedrich drum machine the team calls Deirdre. No roast computers — colour and crack, judged by ear. A third outlet is a pop-up inside the Well & Boot pub at London Waterloo. The Glasgow shop is temporarily shut after the Union Street fire.
