The roasting arm of I.O.W. Espresso Co., a family business on the Isle of Wight that started in event catering and moved into machines, training and servicing. Their first shop roaster went in at Caffe Isola in Newport in 2010; wholesale roasting now runs on a Diedrich IR12 and a restored 1970s Vittoria at Blackhouse Quay, up to 500kg a day. Awarded Wight Marque status in 2014.
