Began in 1992 when the founder bought a used 60kg Trabittoni roaster, after childhood summers with his grandparents in Bagni di Lucca. Now roasts and packs over 500 tonnes a year from Clydebank, outside Glasgow. Also sells and services espresso machines and does white-label roasting for trade customers.
