A small-batch brand that keeps only a handful of coffees on the shelf at once, picked seasonally and retired once they are past their peak. The current three are Crimson Hour, Sweet Amber and Wild Meadow, roasted to order. Lots are bought with the grower named — Leoncio Maceto in Ortega, Tolima, for one.
