Family-run small-batch roastery in Aberdeenshire. Paul started it around an offshore oil-and-gas rota, two weeks on and three weeks off; his wife Kim joined full time in 2020 and her parents pack and deliver. Green is bought direct trade through specialty importers. The tartan on each bag is chosen to match the flag colours of the country the coffee came from.
