Greg and Kate left London for Kent and started roasting in a converted potting shed in 2021, first at farmers markets. They now roast almost exclusively naturally processed coffees, several of them from Fazenda Bom Jesus in Brazil, and were the first UK roastery to pack fresh coffee in glass. The Kin Coffee Shop in Staplehurst serves espresso, batch brew and bagels.
