Started in 2018 with a small roaster in a utility room, then moved to a log cabin in the garden as demand grew. Sold in 2025 to Jamie, who now roasts in Aboyne with his wife Grace and son Luke. A core range plus four strictly limited seasonal coffees every quarter, stocked by around ten farm shops and delis across Aberdeenshire.
