Processing and Grade: Washed Process, Naturally Decaffeinated Flavor Notes: Milk chocolate and caramel Tactile Notes: Medium Body Roaster Notes: Otherwise known as the "natural" decaf, this process uses ethyl acetate which is derived from ripening fruits and vegetables as well as from the fermentation of sugar cane; it is highly effective in preserving the original components of the coffee as well as maintaining integrity of flavor. This particular selection for our Calma decaf, culled from smallholders in the southern highlands of Mexico, is so full of brownie-like sweetness that we can't tell it's decaf. 12 oz package
