David Redpath came back from Melbourne unimpressed by the coffee at home, spent two years learning to roast, then converted his garage in New Milton into a roastery. House blend is Tempo, named after his cycling habit, alongside rotating single origins. Deliberately online only, with pop-up stalls at New Forest events.
