Simon Spiller and David Tait started the brand in January 2014 in east Devon, both having run riverside businesses that kept flooding. Tait already owned a coffee roasting business; roasting, storage and fulfilment are shared with operational partners rather than run from a single site. Blends are built for a smooth, low-bitterness cup; the Signature Blend has a Great Taste Award. Online only.
