Named after an archaic word for a dream. The founders started working in coffee in 2010 and set up Sweven in 2019, buying from producers they have long relationships with. The list runs to rare and exclusive lots, including a limited frozen offering, and is poured in their own café on North Street in Bedminster, Bristol.
