Roasts in a Kemptown building that was a dairy supplying the Royal Pavilion in the 1800s. Green coffee comes through importers with producer relationships at origin, and roasts are run against profiling software batch to batch. Two Brighton sites: the Prince's Street roastery and cafe, and a second shop on Prince Albert Street opened in April 2026. Signed up to 1% for the Planet.
