Family-run out of Brighton. The first coffee house opened on Ship Street in January 2017 with a rebuilt manual Petroncini roaster in view of the counter. Now ten shops across Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Chichester, Worthing and Horsham, plus a separate roastery and barista training hub at Woodingdean and a wholesale list of several hundred UK businesses.
