Meet our coffee from Peru - El Conjuro.Grown in the high mountains of Cajamarca near Jaén,this coffee is produced by a group of independentsmallholder farmers cultivating coffee on small familyfarms. The coffee takes its name from Cerro Conjuro,a nearby mountain known locally for its traditions andpilgrimages. The region’s high altitudes, fertile soilsand cool mountain climate create ideal conditions forvibrant and expressive coffees. Carefully washed anddried in the mountain air, El Conjuro offers a clean andbalanced cup. Expect bright notes of grapefruit andcitrus, balanced with black tea and chocolate, finishingwith a light, refreshing acidity.
