Family roastery in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, that grew out of a utility-room hobby setup into a professional drum roaster. Works mostly with single-origin arabica bought on cupping score, and builds a separate roast recipe per batch. Light roasts are deliberately pitched at British tea drinkers.
