All Kenya coffee is graded in terms of bean size with AA being the largest and finest. Our Kenya AA Viennese Roast is brought to a degree of roast slightly higher than that of traditional Kenya AA, deepening the flavor of the coffee. A Viennese Roast is when coffee is roasted at a slightly higher temperature than that of a regular American, or full city roast, but less than a French roast. Though a fruity medium roast, the finish is a bit less sharp at the Viennese roast level.
