Began in 2015 serving coffee from a 1976 VW Bay Window campervan called Rolf at street food markets. The roastery is now a converted barn on a Hertfordshire farm, half an hour from both London and Cambridge. Supplies coffee shops, restaurants and hotels, and runs barista training.
