Family-run roaster started by Wilmer and Elle Carcamo, who imported their first coffee in July 2018. Wilmer grew up around coffee farming in Honduras. Roasts single-estate, specialty-grade lots at two sites: Fairmoor near Morpeth in Northumberland, and George Town on Grand Cayman.
