Roastery at Bradfield Farm in Hullavington, Wiltshire, sharing a site with the Flying Monk Brewery. Founder Ben Stokes trained under Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood at Colonna and Small's, spent four years learning to roast, and travelled to Colombia before starting the business.
