Small-batch roaster working out of a log cabin in Weaverham, Cheshire. Hand-roasts single-origin microlots on a traditional drum, buys direct from farms, and puts 10% of profits into the Compassion children's charity. Founder Jon Cook also runs Stronghold, a community cafe in Cheshire.
