Emily started out in 2015 serving coffee from a converted horsebox in South Oxfordshire. The roastery at Highlands Farm followed in 2018, and an education space in 2021. Certified B Corp, roasting single estates and custom blends on Diedrich machines. The horseboxes still trade in Oxford.
